Fanatic has a lot more to offer than “just” windsurfing, has been involved in the SUP scene since 2010 and with Wing foiling since 2018, coming up with some of the most innovative shapes and concepts.
SUP has simply taken the world by storm and the amount of new practices grows every day, from waves to flat water, speed to touring and exploring, downwinders to river surfing, WindSup to fitness, yoga and more - the possibilities are limitless.
Last but not least, over the last couple of years, a new frenzy has established itself and brought another dimension to all our favourite sports: Foiling and WING FOILING. FBC: The official Fanatic Centers
LOCATION – This comfortable lush escape is situated above the most famous coffee/lunch bar Mr. Kahawa, and right next to FBC Zanzibar Kite Centre - perfect for all kiters.
FACILITIES – The Kahawa Suites consist of three stylish lofts, with an elegant Swahili style interior design, that comfortably fits two up to four people per loft. Boasting three spacious and comfortable lofts, the lofts can be booked for groups of maximum twelve people.
BOARDING – Breakfast
ROOMS – Each Loft contains a king size bed and up the spiral steps two single beds, beautiful African Handmade furniture, a generous Swahili style en-suite bathroom and carefully curated decor details from Zanzibar and beyond. The Swahili style bath and lounge area, will ensure you the most spectacular view on the Indian ocean at the best beach of Zanzibar. The amenities in your loft include a ventilator, mosquito net, fridge & WI-FI.

Hakuna Shida Guesthouse is located less than 100m from the most beautiful white sandy beach of Paje. The Guesthouse is perfect for all lovers of the sea and nature and it is excellent value for money.
LOCATION – Located on the South East Coast of Zanzibar island on the village of Paje, Hakuna Shida Guesthouse is only 200m from FBC Zanzibar and the kite beach. Bars and restaurants are very close by. The hotel is around 45 minutes drive away from Stone Town and an hours drive from the airport.
FACILITIES – Crystal clear waters rich in corals and other marine life, white sandy shores, and unexplored coastline guarantees a holiday full of relaxation or action ... whatever you prefer. There are serveral tours like swimming with dolphins, Stone Town, Jozani Forest, and sandbanks among other exciting activities available.
RESTAURANTS & BARS – The Chef prepares a variety of tasty dishes like sea food, Swahili food, snacks, burgers and salads daily. To assure quality food, they work with local suppliers, most of the fruits and vegetables come from a farmer in the area. The fishermen provide fresh fish like King Fish, Red Snapper or Tuna. Every morning there is a complete homemade breakfast, with toast, eggs, fruit juice, coffee, tea and fresh fruits. The speciality of the house is the Ceviche, a Peruvian dish, made with King fish marinated in lemon juice with a touch of passion fruit or mango, typical fruits from the island.

Cristal Resort is located right in the heart of Paje beach and has direct access to the white sandy beach typical of Zanzibar. The small and private hotel offers a cozy, friendly and comfortabel atmosphere.
LOCATION – Located in the South East Coast of Zanzibar island on the village of Paje, Cristal Resort is close to FBC Zanzibar and the kite beach. The location is ideal and not surrounded by other hotels but close enough to the bars and restaurants for those who want more nightlife. The hotel is around 45 minutes drive away from Stone Town and an hours drive from the airport.
FACILITIES – Crystal clear waters rich in corals and other marine life, white sandy shores, unexplored coastlines guarantee a holiday full of relaxation or action ... whatever you prefer. You can choose to soak up the sun on one of the beach beds after your kite session.
RESTAURANTS & BARS – The Hibiscus restaurant offers continental breakfast buffet, light meals for lunch such as salads, burgers and pizzas. For dinner there is Thai and Island cuisine on offer. Every Saturday evening the restaurant serves traditional Swahili dishes while watching local dancers perform.

ROOMS – 32 bungalows are waiting for the guests and you can choose between beach bungalows, eco bungalows and deluxe bungalows.

ROOMS – 18 comfortable and stylish rooms with classic interiors combining Western and Zanzibari taste await you. Each room offers great sea views and the sea front rooms are about 10 meters from the beach. There are rooms on ground floor and on first floor available.

The Blue Bay Beach hotel is a small, cosy 3 star hotel with 35 rooms offering a welcoming face-to-face service.
LOCATION – The Blue Bay Beach hotel is located in Orient Bay Village and only three walking minutes from the beach. Restaurants, bars and shops are close by. The airport is only a ride of 30 minutes. The FBC St. Martin center is 2.5 km away so we recommend to rent a car.
FACILITIES – The hotel has 35 rooms, which are nicely decorated in Caribbean style. The hotel tries its best to help preserve the environment; therefore the international best practices were implemented of replacing sheets and towels only on request. Most of the wattage is recycled. Blue Bay Beach uses organic products for cleaning.
RESTAURANTS & BARS – St. Martin is the gastronomical capital of the Caribbean. From the traditional French gastronomical restaurant to the typical Caribbean “lolo”, you will find every kind of restaurant you would expect of such an international place.
ROOMS – All suites reflect the charm and style of the Caribbean. The rooms are equipped neatly and are cosy. There are two room categories: grey line and fuchsia line. Grey rooms are more traditional, whereas fuchsia line rooms are colourfully decorated and have more equipment such as large flat led screen TV´s and iPod stations. All of them are 48 m², fully furnished and non smoking.
